Nothing beats shopping in Manila!  Nothing beats the quality of the Philippines' local brands! Singapore and Malaysia have this kind of what they call "unified sale".  Singapore has "The Great Singapore Sale" and Malaysia has "The Mega Carnival Sale".  But if you are just into hard-core shopping, Malaysia’s Mega Carnival Sale is it!  Why do I think so?  Well, because Malaysia basically has cheaper products and hotel rates.  Food is also cheaper
