Malls, department stores, and non-leisure commercial establishments are allowed to partially open under MECQ, provided that safety protocols are implemented. Malls and department stores have reopened with new operating hours. Please note that we are still on Community Quarantine, so that means, we need to stay home - only 1 person per household or family is allowed to go to the malls, run errands, and buy your essentials. Mall goers will also be prohibited from “lingering.” (hindi na pwede tumambay), air-con shall be set to 26C, and free wifi will be disabled.
