FOREVER 21 Opens in Cebu!
To all my friends in Cebu...watch out for the opening of FOREVER 21 at SM Cebu City Northwing on Friday, Nov. 18, 2011! I saw this store being constructed when I was in Cebu...and I tell you, this one is a HUGE Forever 21 store...bigger than Forever 21 SM Megamall and of course, as lot lot bigger than the one in SM Makati! I hope Forever 21 SM MOA branch will also be as huge or even bigger :)
When I go to Cebu again (I hope next month), I promise I will take some photos so I can share with you :)

FOREVER21 SALE Experience at Megamall
I just would like to share again my shopping experience and some pictures at the Forever21 SALE in Megamall last Friday, Apr 28th....
Although almost all the items were at 10% off...
Still, they have designated one area where all the Sale items (at 30% to 50% off) were displayed.... It was at the right wing of the main entrance.
Having done so made it more organized...
The sales crew were always busy replenishing the sale items...and they said that new items will be brought in on Saturday (Apr 30) and Sunday (May1). That means, you need not worry if you were not able to go last Friday, there would still be something for you till Sunday....
I found some ladies' tank tops as low as P99...
This cute skirt now at P432.50....before it was P865!
This batwing-sleeve cardigan at P469...
And this pretty shirt for P249 only!
However, queuing took me one hour (didn't include the queue to the fitting room which was also very long) to the cashier! And this is what turns me off!!!! When Forever21 opened in Makati, I wasn't able to buy anything because of these long queues! This time I decided to apply my endurance and patience just to know how much time I will spend queuing up! Although the queue was properly manned and I think they had added 2 cashiers already, I do think SM Management should find a way to address these long queues... more so, during Sale periods....

It took me forever to get to the FOREVER 21 Sale!
I couldn't have imagined that this would be my biggest ordeal with regard to shopping! I was at Megamall for their 3-day sale yesterday and of course, I also went to Forever 21. And, I tell you, I have never seen soooo many people and soooooo loooonnnggggg a queue just to shop at this store! Look at the pictures I took....
You need to queue up just to enter the store!
I could say that I am an experienced shopper but...I have never seen and experienced anything like these....
Queue was around 1 or 2 kilometers long....not sure 'though of the exact length, but I tell you... it was very very very very long! What I am sure is that it was far longer than my queue during the Presidential elections.
Of course, if so many people had lined up just to enter the store, imagine how many people queued up to the counter to pay for their items!
But, look at this top! Original price was P1,429.
Sale price was P259 only!
So, was this worth my wait and my time? For the sake of shopping experience, I think it was!
But Forever 21 management should take a look into this! This wasn't the kind of shopping experience I would like to have. I don't know if the store should be a lot bigger ....but I think the store should add more cashiers and more payment counters because during regular days, payment counters easily get congested so, what more during the 3-day Sale!
