What will be our Life under GCQ HR (with Heightened Restrictions)?

 

The National Capital Region (NCR), Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal will be placed under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) HR with heightened restrictions from May 15 to May 31, 2021.
