❓ Frequently Asked Questions:
🧳 Event Essentials & Booking Logistics
What do I need to bring? Just your mobile device with the Klook app installed and logged in. All bookings must be made on your own device and account. Staff can guide you, but cannot book for you.
Why aren’t next year’s dates available yet? Some activities (like Hong Kong Disneyland) release tickets on a rolling or quarterly basis. If your preferred dates aren’t visible, they simply haven’t been released yet. Check back closer to your travel dates.
🎟️ Event‑Exclusive Deals & Vouchers
Why book at the Travel Fest instead of at home? You’ll get event‑only discounts that aren’t available anywhere else on the app.
How do I claim Buy 1 Get 1 deals? These will be flashed at specific times during the event. They’re limited and sell out fast — be ready to check out immediately once you claim a voucher. Watch Klook’s social pages for the schedule.
Can I book at home after claiming a voucher? Yes, but it’s best to book ASAP. Event codes are often time‑locked and run out quickly.
🤝 1‑on‑1 Booking Assistance
Need help building your itinerary or finding the best deals? Visit the 1‑on‑1 assistance booths for personalized guidance.
Already know what you want? You can skip the booths and head straight to the stage area.
