The firm
arranged 11 debt capital market transactions in 2025, strengthening the
Philippine capital market by expanding access to long-term financing for both
public and private sector issuers.
Security Bank
Capital advised on several of the country's largest government and corporate
bond issuances, including the Republic of the Philippines' PHP300
billion 10-year benchmark Fixed Rate Treasury Notes (FXTN) and PHP210
billion Retail Treasury Bond Tranche 31 (RTB 31) issuances, both
of which strengthened the domestic debt market by improving
liquidity, establishing key pricing benchmarks, and broadening investor
participation in government securities.
Security Bank
Capital also advised and arranged major bond issuances for leading Philippine
companies, including Bank of Commerce, SM Prime Holdings, Filinvest Land,
Aboitiz Power, Ayala Land, Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation, Petron

transactions enabled clients to refinance existing debt, fund
business expansion, advance sustainability initiatives, and secure
long-term capital for growth.
In addition,
the firm arranged PHP23.3 billion in private debt transactions, helping
clients finance projects that support energy security, infrastructure
development, financial inclusion, and broader economic progress.
