ReplyDeleteSports are really expensive right now. For some reason, no one talks about how paying for a gym membership isn’t enough anymore. You need workout clothes, and preferably two sets so you can wash and switch them. Then a trainer, which is really pricey. And all that sports nutrition stuff that people say you need if you want real results.
ReplyDeleteBut you can actually take a bit of time, look for options, and start doing sports instead of focusing on expenses. I started at home. I worked out right in my comfy home clothes. In the app https://madmuscles.com/ I had everything, including a personal workout plan, and honestly that was the only thing I spent money on at the time. Sports nutrition isn’t necessary at all. It’s better to spend that money on good and tasty food.
