Shangri-La Plaza works with the City of Mandaluyong on 100% vaccination goal for mall workforce.


Shangri-La Plaza has been working with the City of Mandaluyong to vaccinate all mall employees, including the staff of its tenants and partners, to reach 100% vaccination and ensure safer shopping experiences for mall guests.Mayor Carmelita “Menchie” Abalos recently visited the Edsa Shangri-La Hotel Vaccination Site for MANDAVAX, where Shangri-La Plaza employees and frontline personnel received the first dose of the vaccine.

According to Shang Properties, Inc. EVP Joy R. Polloso, “Shangri-La Plaza has been working closely with the City of Mandaluyong to reach our goal of 100% vaccination for the mall’s entire workforce, both our own employees and the employees of our tenants. This is all to ensure that we protect everyone working at mall against COVID-19, and provide a safer mall experience for our Shang community.”
