Skip the line with Red Ribbon’s Call & Pick Up service

There are so many reasons and occasions -- big and small -- to treat yourself and your family to sweet, delightful treats: birthdays, anniversaries, fun family moments or to simply give in to that irresistible craving. And no one understands this better than Red Ribbon, which has been very much a part of many a special moment or family celebration through the years.

For minimal contact during the curbside pick-up service, Red Ribbon products are placed in the car’s backseat.

In light of these totally different times, Red Ribbon understands the needs of customers — not only among those working from home but also those working on site or in their respective – by seeking new avenues to make their well-loved products available in safe and convenient ways. Thus, Red Ribbon introduces its new call and pick up service, allowing customers to easily place orders in advance, skip the line, and pick up their orders hassle-free! Customers can choose to either pick it up from the store or at the curbside.

“The safety and convenience of our customers have always been top priority at Red Ribbon – even more so now during these challenging times,” says Kent Mariano, Red Ribbon Marketing Head. “Underscoring this commitment, we constantly explore ways to provide relevant services in order for our customers to enjoy our products in the safest and most convenient means possible.”

Red Ribbon implements contactless payments through the use of trays for receiving cash.

Customers can visit the brand’s corporate website stores.jfc.com.ph/redribbon.php to find the Red Ribbon branch nearest them that offers Call & Pick Up service. From there, they can proceed to calling the branch of their choice, to inquire about products available, and to finally place their orders and to advise time of pick-up. Customers also specify if they prefer curbside pick-up or in-store pick-up — it’s that simple!

Do keep in mind that for in-store pick-up, customers go straight to a designated dispatching counter for their transactions and that cash, credit or debit card, and HappyPlus are accepted. For curbside pick-up meanwhile, only cash is accepted but through a contactless procedure, and a designated claiming area outside the branch is provided. Furthermore, the ordered products are placed in the car’s backseat for minimal contact and added safety.
