Taytay, Rizal will not be called the "Garments Capital of the Philippines" for nothing. RTW retailers (from Baclaran, Divi, and some boutiques), and bargain hunters (like me) usually flock to a 2-block Tiangge in Taytay Rizal where CME (Club Manila East) Tiangge sa Taytay is....
and where Freedom Bazaar is, as well. Freedom Bazaar is open everyday (but they say, there are more sellers during Saturdays and Sundays) from 5am to 5pm.

The sellers here have their own small garment factories (or what we call "patahian"), and they buy textile at a very low price, that's why they can afford to sell their products at jaw-dropping prices.

CME Tiangge sa Taytay and Freedom Bazaar are located near the New Taytay Public Market, beside McDonalds. CME Taytay Tiangge is open everyday from 7am to 7pm.
There's also the BAGPI (Baclaran Association of Garment Producers Inc.) Tiangge located across and it operates during Tuesdays and Fridays from 2am to 2pm.
