What can I shop for using the BBB Online Portal?
You may order books from NBS SM Megamall for only P175, P275, or P499 each. There are over 200 titles available, including children’s books, teen fiction, young adult, and more.
Can I Text to Order?
Yes, you may send an SMS or Viber message to 0917 828 0397 or 0995 180 0967 with your name, delivery address, orders, and payment method.
How can I pay for my orders?
You can pay using a credit / debit card, bank transfer, GCash, and PayMaya. You may also pay with cash if you will be picking up your orders at NBS SM Megamall.
How can I get my orders?
You may have your items delivered (NBS can book delivery via Grab; fees will apply), or arrange delivery yourself and book your preferred service. You may also pick up your orders from NBS SM Megamall during mall hours.
How many books can I buy in a single order?
You may purchase as many books as you would like. However, please be advised that stocks are limited and vary per title, and delivery fees may increase depending on the total weight / size of your order.
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
We will try to process your orders as quickly as possible. However, it may take up to 2 - 3 days depending on the volume of orders.

Will I earn points if I use my Laking National Card in transactions from the BBB Online Portal?
Yes. Points you earn from portal purchases may also be added to your Laking National Card. However, this must be done at NBS SM Megamall as the card has to be connected to the card reader. You may visit the branch within thirty (30) days after your purchase and proceed to the Customer Service Area with your Laking National Card and Sales Invoice.
Can I return / exchange the books I purchased from the BBB Online Portal?
Please be advised that all items included in the BBB Online Portal are on clearance sale and have been fully marked down due to various reasons, including any damage that may not be physically apparent, and are being sold on an AS IS basis and cannot be returned or exchanged.
