its Tenth Year
The biggest car show in the
country turns a decade-old this 2014 and is speeding to offer car enthusiasts
with an exposition running with precision and quality.
On its tenth year, the Manila International Auto Show (MIAS),
organized by leading events and exposition management company in the
Philippines, Worldbex Services International (WSI), is set to showcase the finest
and latest car models, parts, innovations, and concepts from leading automotive
brands in the country on April 3 to 6, 2014
at the World Trade Center in Pasay
City from 10am to 10pm with tickets at P100 for the benefit of the ABS CBN
Foundation Inc.
“Over the years, MIAS has been the largest and grandest gathering of car and car-related dealers and enthusiasts in the Philippines. The event brings in thousands of visitors every year, showcasing various car models, car parts and supplies, electronics, and even displaying exclusive previews of concept vehicles yet to hit the markets,” explained WSI Founding Chairman Joseph Ang.
With the theme 10 Years Strong, MIAS 2014 is also said to bring in the exhibits and activities, including on-and off-road test drives, stunt driving exhibitions, product previews and launches, and the display of the annual “Car of the Year and Truck of the Year Awards,” which recognizes the most outstanding automotive in the country.
“We are marking our ten years the way our visitors and exhibitors would want to celebrate it. That’s ten years of building relationships between different car, supply, and electronics dealers, customers, and enthusiasts. Ten years of bringing you innovative car models and designs, electronics, and the like. Ten years of bringing you world-class car shows and pocket events,” Ang added.
“The event, spread out over an area of over 30,000sqm., attracted over 96,000 visitors to view more than 400 car displays put up by nearly 200 companies and more than 500 exhibitors. This year, we will push our buttons further and farther, because our goal is definitely to take any car lover’s excitement into overdrive,” Ang said.
