Complete Promo Mechanics:
1. Birthday celebrant can avail the promo the day of his/her birthday.
2. Birthday celebrants may eat for (1) free buffet at any Yakimix branch.
3. To avail the birthday promo, he/she should be accompanied by 1 adult paying full rate without any discount/s (except for Seniors Citizen)
=> Rate is (1) Celebrant with (1) Regular rate to avail the promo.
4. Celebrant must also complete fill out the information sheet.
5. Celebrant must bring an ORIGINAL and VALID government issued picture
I.D. with the birthdate imprinted on it, either local or foreign I.D. is accepted, for proof such as:
S.S.S IDN.B.I or Police Clearance ID
Driver’s License
Passport
Voter’s/COMELEC ID
Barangay Clearance ID
In the case that the adult guest doesn’t have a government issued
picture I.D., he/she may bring his/her birth certificate supported by
any picture I.D. (school I.D., parent’s I.D., company I.D.) In the case
that the child guest doesn’t have a government issued picture I.D.,
he/she may bring his/her birth certificate supported by his/her parent’s
picture I.D. or his/her own picture I.D (school I.D.).
6. The promo is available at any Yakimix Branches.
7. Promo is not valid with any other existing promotions.
8. Promo period is from July 28, 2013 to December 31, 2013.
