You may probably have seen this teaser first at Lucky Chinatown Mall, at Bonifacio High Street and last week Manila Shopper saw this at Mall of Asia.  They also have a sign at SM Megamall!  Yes, Cotton On is opening stores in Manila!  Will they open simultaneously...or one at a time? Can't wait!
