The 20th Panagbenga Festival, also known at The Flower Festival will be held from February 1 to March 8, 2015 in Baguio City. Panagbenga ia a Kankana-ey (dialect widely used by Cordillerans in the Northern Philippine boondocks, specifically people from the Mountain Province and people from the Northern part of the Benguet Province) term meaning “a season for blossoming; a time for blooming”. Through the years, it has become the best avenue where Baguio people can showcase, shine, and innovate what best depicts their community.
