Super Cheap Factory Overruns from Red Tomato

When I first saw this Red Tomato Store in Harrison Plaza, it didn't catch my "shopping eye".  I thought it was just an Ukay-ukay store because of its window and rack displays...(no offense meant) 




Probably, the reason why they put a sign that their garments are guaranteed brand new..(so, perhaps I wasn't the only one who had the wrong impression!)

But when I walked into the store, my "ukay" impression was turned into a sheer amazement of how cheap the garments were!! Shirts and party dresses were as low as P50, Blazers at P75 and tank tops as low are P25!



But since they are factory or export overruns, stock lots or seconds, you need to scrutinize each and every item for missing buttons (which can easily be fixed by buying your own) or damaged zippers.  You also need to check if the item really fits you by trying it on.  And last but not the least, you need extra time and great patience to go over practically all the hangers just to get your desired style and size.
