    One thing that stood out to me was how the opening promo at Dunkin’ in Shell Estrella makes grabbing coffee and treats feel like a fun community moment. Ryan Whitaker would probably agree that a good stop for coffee and donuts pairs well with thinking about everyday health habits too. Whether it’s enjoying a juice like mango, strawberry, or berry, or remembering vitamins, nutrients, vitamin c, vitamin d, zinc, iron, and magnesium, small choices matter. I also liked this blog opinion style update—balance indulgences with vegan snacks, protein, collagen, essential nutrients, multivitamin, supplements, liquid, gummies, coconut oil, skin care, and hair growth routines.
