Happy Anniversary Subway!
This offer is not valid at all subways nation wide. I took my family today 8/26/15 and I asked the manager of the subway about it. She said that they have no idea what we were speaking about and that she had to turn away other customers as well because she spoke with her regional manager and he also knew nothing of this offer. She continued to bring up how she doesn't see subway giving away all those free sub's. The fact that you had to purchase a sub and drink in order to get the deal was oblivious to her. So after I left that location I went to 2 other locations and they too were not informed of this anniversary offer. I just wanted to see if this was only a one location mistake. The fact that your company is falsely advertising is very upsetting. And the fact that no location is honoring it is very insane. Especially with a scandal that subway has been in the news about you would think that this was a way yo get people back in your doors but your advertising and lack of management is doing the exact opposite and making people not return. There were customers who left because the offer was not honored. My family went a head and bought sub's but I will think twice before returning. This should be addressed.

DeleteSimilar in Alabama. The associate knew of the offer but said you needed a coupon. That isn't mentioned anywhere in the advertisements. It's even worse because I enjoy this location and tried to call before I came to check, but of course, no one answered. Not satisfied at all.
